Love INC
Love INC, Love In the Name of Christ, is a ministry made up of Christian volunteers working together for our Eagle River and Chugiak neighbors in need. Volunteers from local churches come together during scheduled times to receive calls from neighbors in our community, pray with neighbors, assess their needs, refer neighbors to agencies, church ministries and volunteers. Love INC is rich in resources, ideas and spirited volunteers who can be the hands and feet of Christ to our neighbors.
The following list from Love INC is of current needs of our Neighbors in Need:
- Pray for the healing of a diabetic man with serious health problems.
- An elderly woman with some disabilities needs a volunteer to change out her winter tires for her summer tires, already on rims.
- The Love INC call center is looking for volunteers to give two hours between 10 am and 2 pm on Wednesdays or Thursdays, to pray for and listen to the needs of our neighbors. Come and see miracles happen! Training is provided.
- You can help Love INC from your home computer by updating our website's Community Events page with event listings. We provide training and support.
